The Scarecrow

Kang Tae Joo is a detective in the violent crime section with hot blood, thinking only about solving cases. One day, he returns to his hometown, Kangseong County, reluctantly after losing his position in Seoul. And he encounters an ex-convict whom he busted before in the police office, and finds out that he is suspected of being a culprit in a murder case.
